Will Flanagan leads a variety of initiatives designed to bring outside shifts into VSP’s line of sight, including its Futurist Report series and Vision Innovation Challenge. Previously, Will oversaw strategy and product for American Inno, a network of data and digital media properties, catalyzing local tech and startup ecosystems. He began his career with various startups, including Wayfair (then CSN Stories).
John D. Hannick leads enterprise-wide data, analytics and AI strategy to drive measurable business impact. A seasoned executive and advisor, he brings deep experience helping organizations translate advanced analytics and AI into real-world outcomes across retail, technology and financial services.
